Our yoga classes look a little different right now. We are able to offer both virtual and outdoor classes.
If you are looking for a way to de-stress, feel more grounded and focused, or just work on improving your inner peace and balance, consider the healing benefits of yoga. It helps on a physical level, as well as emotionally and spiritually.
We are currently offering private yoga classes, virtually, with an experienced yoga instructor. We are also providing outdoor yoga classes with safety protocols.
